I'm sure one or two of us might be up for that. Hope the date doesn't clash with the doubles St.Aidens were looking to host.

Hey folks, that sucks if it clashes. When we ran Forgotten Heroes in 2007 it was a week after another weekend-long tournament in Dundee. Sheesh! Our luck I guess.
Anyway, that's 13/20 tickets reserved already...

Yeah, same here. Especially when you consider I put off getting to ticket until I spoke to St.Aidens to see if they had confirmed the date of the 5/11.
As it turns out, they've pushed it back to later in the year so I couldn't have went. Grrrr

I'd like to thank Andy and all of the guys at ELG for again putting on a great event. Good banter, good food and great atmosphere, exactly what we've all come to expect I'd also like to thank all of my opponents who were a pleasure to play. Stu Shaw John Harper Gus McCabe Tom Young All of these games are memorable for one reason or another: Stu, First time my rock dropping Terradons have done so much damage and I think I'll rename spell 6 of Heavens Lore, the Pebble of Casandora after this game John, What can I say about double Steggie charges and double burning alignments on your Grail Knights apart from "Sorry  " I'm sure you'll have your revenge. Gus, First time playing against you, and well worth the wait. The game was played in totally the right spirit. Memory that sticks out has to be my 5 miscasts "Aaaaaaaaaargh" How different things could have been but that's toy soldiers for you Well done on the 2nd place finish (Joint 1st, lets be honest. For those that don't know, there was only 4 VPs between Gus and the winner  ) In hind sight, had you not allowed me to go back and do the Burning Alignment when I forgot the you would have won the tournament as I killed 45 points there. You'd have won by 41 points. A true Sportsman. Tom, The closest game of Warhammer I've ever played (23 victory points was all that seperated us at the end) Memories of this game: Killing both the Chaos General and Battle Stds on disks in one turn and then losing all 3 priests in the next. Jumping onto the objective with Terradons on my 6th turn and then watching your other hero on a disk fluff his attacks on the charge giving me the 400 points. That game was a nail biter I sincerely hope to get the chance to play all of you again at an event in the future. Brian
