As the club’s Membership Officer it's my responsibility to collect the attendance fees from members and non-members alike at club meetings. This can often take some time as not everyone arrives at the club at the same time and to wait until everyone arrives at the club will often mean that when the time comes to collect the fees, I often have to interrupt everyone’s game – including my own.
In an effort to make this task a lot easier I’m proposing a club register (credit to Donald for the idea), which attendees will sign upon entry to the club. This will allow for all members and non-members alike the chance to submit their fees to the club with the minimum of effort on everyone’s behalf. It will also have the added bonus of providing the club with a Fire Register on any given club meeting as well.
The procedure for the club register would follow as such
The Club Reigter will be located at the top table on the stage as soon as possible at the start of each club meeting and finally, if during any club meetings you have any other questions relating to memberships, then simply come up and ask.

- Upon entry to the club, members should sign their name next to their entry in the club register. Non-members should print and sign their name in the next available entry.
- Whilst signing your name, you should deposit your entry fee in the money box provided. Brining the correct change if possible will eliminate the need for everyone needing change of a bank note. Club fees remain the same as always: £2 for Members and £3 for Non-Members.
- Upon leaving the club at the end of the meetings or at any time (i.e. trip to shops between games) please sign out of the club register, to ensure that no friendly neighbourhood fire-fighters risk their lives searching the club for you in the event of a fire. Upon returning to the club, please sign in again.
