Hello all,
Each year we have an annual General Meeting, open to all members, during which you all have a chance to discuss how we might do things differently during the upcoming year. It is also the time when we pull together the committee of volunteers who run the club and have a recap on what we have in the bank and what you'd like us to spend it on. Usually we have the AGM in the side room at the club during the January all-day session however this year we'll need to bring the date forward a couple of days to the evening of Thursday 24th.
The items on the agenda for this Thursdays meeting are :
The AGM really shouldn't take up much of your time and it only occurs once per year so I would appreciate it if you could spare a few moments at 7:30pm on Thursday evening. In fact, we'll lay on nice donuts for everyone who does!
If anyone has an item that they would like to see on the agenda, please let me know or please feel free to bring it up during the Any Other Business item.
