That's right, for all club members tickets are now officially on sale for Storm Over Stirling 2008 at the fantastic value of £10. A players pack can be downloaded from the following link: www.asurya.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/sw/SoSPP2008.PDFAs for non-club members, tickets will go on sale to you all from Friday the 29th of February at the exact same price. This is simply to allow our members a chance to book a place on the day. If anyone has any questions don't hesitate to contactb me here, or using the details in the players pack. Cheers Gus P.S. Hope to see you all there.

Just to advise everyone, there has been a change in the Army List section of the player's pack after we were alerted to a typo.
In short, the player's pack has been updated and the new one can be downloaded from the same link.
Cheers Gus

Hi Brian
Including the tickets left at GW Falkirk, we're basically down to single figures now, but there is a interest from the guys at North-West Warriors so they may dissappear very fast soon.
Cheers Gus

Excellent, I was just being nosey, remembering how fast the tickets went last year ;D I'm really looking forward to the day, seems so long ago since Cry Havoc. It's great to play different folks every now and again. Still a few detachments/ characters to paint but I've a fortnights holiday before the event to finish the army off and get a few games in for practice. Brian

Speaking of which, is Cry Havoc on this year and if so, when. Got a full High Elf army to paint before then.

I've booked the hall for the 14th of June for Cry Havoc 2008. Gives you almost 3 months to the day to get that army painted

I'll say it before someone else does - I might get a unit done by then.

Cry Havoc is 2250 points and follows the same sort of format as SoS but the scenarios are slightly different.
iirc it was, Capture, Flank attack and Pitched Battle that was the 3 we used last year. I've not started to put the pack together yet but it won't be too different to last year as there was no complaints ;D
