Due to the recent release of GW's Laser Pointer, and the release of Warhammer 40,000 5th edition there has been a increase in the number of laser pointers in use at the club.
I feel that is important to remind all club users (whether or not they personally own such a device) that although current UK law does not ban nor restrict the use of any class of laser pointer, the current Health and Safety laws do limit the use to class 1 and class 2 devices (such as GW's) to public places.
Therefore, please do not use any laser pointer device which is class 3 or greater and under no circumstances should any club member aim a laser pointer device at another person's face.
The Stirling Wargamers Committee will take any action by a club member contrary to the above statement to be a serious breach of club rules and reverse the right to inspect the class rating of any laser pointer used within the club.
Thank you for your support in this matter.

I spent about 3 hours in GW on Monday and in that space of time I must have had about 4 different laser pens shined in my eyes. All by those wee ***************** kids...
