Just a note to say I finished reading the last of them last night, and I have really enjoyed the series (except one, can't remember but it felt a little rushed...)
Apart from that an ace series, and I just found the first 3 books "The Founding" on Play.com for a fiver so getting that! I lost my first copy (read: Graham stole it then joined the army) and I think I borrowed the 3rd of Duncan, so this will complete the series nicely. Anyone else read them and have anything to comment? "Only in Death" was a great read, but I was half expecting a completely different ending. Good news is "The Victory" series is set to start in Q2 2009 so there is still going to be a few more in the series
Edit: On a similar note... who has my "Double Eagle"? I remember loanig it to someone and not seeing it again... Duncan?

Never read Gaunts Ghosts but I do like most of what I've read of Dan Abnett. The Eisenhorn series was pretty cool. I'm reading the Rise of Nagash at the moment and it's a bit of a toil. It keeps jumping back and forth over three different timelines and half the cast are alive (or at least undead) in all of the timelines so keeping track of what is happening is a task in itself.
