I'd like to say thanks for a great day with fine opponents. Glad to finally get games with both Paul and Donald, we've been in a number of tournaments and never crossed dice ;D I wish I'd avoided my final game with the Pit of SHADES though The system you used for allocating games was great, Definately a system worth stealing for use at DWARF. Again thanks for a great day. I might see what the cost implications would be for us to hire our small hall and run a 10 or 12 table day. The big hall would cost far too much to be viable. One tourney and a fun game each year might be the order of the day.

Indeed. Thanks for coming along and making sure there were enough players to make it fun. Pass my apologies onto Andy though, that was not a nice game for either of us really.
We'll need to do it again sometime. Perhaps sometime in the new year so everyone can get a chance to play with all the lovely toys we got an xmas.

Thanks to my opponents for the games, I enjoyed all three of them (even the shades army it was an interesting challenge to play to say the least ). Looking forward to see where I placed, I reckon it is 10th. Definitley above that filthy High Elf list Gus was using though.

I would also like to thanks all my oppents & for being kind help me out with the odd rule, again as said sorry if I mess up any.
I learnt a bit about WFB as said I learn better when gaming rather than reading. Don't think I ever read the rule part of the 40k 5th Ed other than once & that to find out a area, other than that been to check out the cool armies/painted models that the back as well as background.

Yep, I had three cool games too and I managed to avoid that Shades army all day. Glad to have finally got a game in with Brian's great-looking Empire army, even if the Arch Lector Banished my Great Unclean One back to the Warp. Pretty appropriate though.

Cheers Paul, Glad you liked the look of my army.
I'm going to look to add maybe another unit of Flagellant handgunners, and a unit of archers. Probably Flagellant based cannon crew too.
Looking to build Swordsmen from a mix of Flaggies and Militia and might also build a unit or 2 of ragged knights.
If I get confident with greenstuff then Witch Hunter Pistoliers or Outriders may also make it onto my list.
That said, I want to finish Alecs Dwarfs and a DE army for myself to allow me some gaming variation first.
Regarding my Arch Lector Banishing your Great Unclean One back to the Warp, he also Bitch slapped Shadowblade. Thank Sigmar for tiny mirrors ;D
