TWO tournaments for September this year folks! One for WFB and the next 40k: details follow, but feel free to email us with questions. Same location: the [elg] HQ at 11 Hillside Crescent, EH7 5EA. On 12 September, [elg] are hosting Counter-Attack!, a Warhammer 40,000 Tournament. Features include: - Points Limit - 1,750
- Bespoke tried-and-tested rules
- 3 rounds of play, each within a 2.5-hour time limit
- Overall Champion, Best General, and Players’ Choice for Best Army awards
- Lunch & donuts!

This covers food, the tournament, certificates, and a couple of potential surprises in the Prize Pool! (*) - 16/17 please bring or come with someone who can vouch for you. Note: This replaces 40k Radio's World Wide War. Regretably 40k Radio have taken the decision to increase their side of the participation fee and are charging $16-$21 per head to take part and this would mean we'd have to charge £22-£26 per ticket. There is free parking outside the venue on Saturdays. Not directly outside as that's Permit Parking, but just to the left and right of that is fine. sholto - Have you registered with us yet? I should keep a track of forum names, but am a bit old school and use Real Life names only. (foo!) |

Army background (never notice there in the pack) is usely a little background into your own force.
Just what make it stand out. Why say for exsample sake your Tau are going to war or what make them them. Usely 200 word to 600 words.

Counter-Attack! awards 20 points for a fully painted army, whereas Forgotten Heroes gave 15, with a further 5 for supporting text (much as Warsmith describes). |

Cool no background (though my IW have a lot) just GT alway felt like school doing the background.
