Warmachine 2 Player Battle Box

I have already share this information with most of the current Warmachine and Hordes players, but I think it is important to share this with everyone in case anyone is interested in starting Warmachine.

It is exceptionally good value as a starter box.

I know and there was me thinking about starting a Hordes force next... but then with this coming out it look like my Khador trench buster army is going to come first. At least by the time I finish them the plastic Hordes starter sets might be out.

I should add for those not in to Warmachine or Hordes, the reason I mention the points value of the two forces, is that 35pts is a standard sized game though you can go bigger or smaller.

It certainly is great value for money.

Unfortunately I can't afford to get into another game system. I'm trying to get rid of old models at the moment.

I think money is tight for everyone at the moment and that is why I thought for some this might be a great way to get into a new with a very low £ entry point, especially if you split it with someone.

But I hope you get a fair price for the models your looking to sell. How are you getting on with painting the Marines?

But fear not, this will not be a limited time release. It is simply that all the plastics Privateer Press make are currently not cast in the UK, unlike the metal miniatures, therefore when they sell out there is a much longer lead time in stock becoming available again.

So for the moment its get'em while their hot or be left disappointed.

Slightly off topic if enough people would be interested in taking up Warmachine or Hordes I would be very happy to run a Journeyman League (http://privateerpress.com/organized-play/leagues/journeyman-league-rules) and also get some prizes together to give out. Obviously it would require a reasonable number of people, though old hands at the game would still be welcome to join in.
