Yes ok its a forge world model but seriously £80, it makes Dreadfleet look positively cheap (after the comments in that thread). www.forgeworld.co.uk/Events/Games_Day_UK_2011.html(about a third of the way down the page) At least now I know how I can pay for my copy of Dreadfleet Cheers

Yeah, some of FW's prices seem a little weird. Items which look like the may not actually be made up of a lot of resin seem to be expensive and some of the more 'solid' items seem to be cheaper.

That's sometimes explainable due to the amount of time and cost involved in creating, rather than the size of the model. I got it out the attic, its in great condition with no missing parts ie original pair of twin-linked lascannons, grenade launchers and heavy bolters (see below). After a look on ebay the 'classic' Land Raider Proteus is going for £30-£60, so if anyone is interested in buying it let me know, as I would rather someone I know get the use out of it before I consider selling it on ebay. Cheers

Call that old? Why is it grey?
Looks like it's in much better condition that mine, but hopefully I can restore/rebuild the one I have.

'Classic' was my choice of phrase lol
It's grey because I under coated it that colour. You don't want to know what 'colour scheme' it was when I painted it first time round. As I think I built that when I was 13 or 14 so I am quite impressed that it's in as good condition as it is.
Cheers
