Excellent. We look forward to meeting you. There is the occasional game of Warmachine here at the club so I'm sure that you'll get games.
See you in Stirling.

Hi, I joined this here forum the other day at the request of Kevin. Mr Finlay is one of my longest serving friends, which makes me one of the crazy North-East rednecks that he's been trying to emancipate his cultural ties from for a while since he moved to Fife. Nothing much to tell tell really, I've been into wargaming and modelling since '92/'93; 8 or 9 years old sooo... Play Warhammer (Slaven, >ahem<high elves>cough<, and ogres) mostly but have some Eldar and probably some 2nd edition 'Nids kicking about. Same with Urban War, and Kryomek. Also like a bit of RPGing in the form of D&D (AD&D), and played a bit of MERP, Everway and also Call of Cthulhu. Oh yeah, and I'm a big H. P. Lovecraft and Conan nut! Did zoology at uni and now can't get a job in my desired field But that's another story. I also rabbit on about irrelevent things, so Hi, I'm Graeme. Or Cthulhu.

Well welcome to the forums, and I'm sure that Kevin dosn't mean it, he's a top chap really! Good to hear from someone with a nice broad gaming interest anyway. Are we going to see you at the club sometime?

Possibly. only way is if Mr Finlay offers me a place to kip. But I'm sure I'll be able to manage some saturday session.
Oh, don't worry about the banter between us. We're pretty notorious for it...

Hi There,
I'm Brian, I'm the chairman of D.W.A.R.F (Dunfermline Wargaming And Roleplaying Fellowship)
We've a reasonable sized club with an average attendance of 40 although we have over 75 members. Playing mostly GW stuff but play loads of other stuff occasionaly too.
After meeting with Paul from your club and Andy from ELG we're keen on fostering relations with other clubs to support one anothers events.
I'll be popping back and forward to your forums hopefully getting to know you guys. And hopefully i'll meet you all in the not to distant future.
Brian

Hello Brian, good to hear from you again. DWARF, ELG and Stirling Wargamers are well placed to support each other and to get Scottish Wargaming to the point where it is much much more than the sum of it's parts. I think we've got the enthusiasm and the people to take all sorts of progressive events forward. Speak soon. Cheers

Falkirk did a great job of putting on Cannonade last year. You would never have guessed that it was their first show. It was as big and proffesionally done as any show.

hi folks,
my names alex, i do my gaming alongside brian at dunfermline, i was at conflict and was very impressed with your table, also recognised paul as i had met him fleetingly through work, had thought abought entering your tourney but have heard that you have sold all your tickets, i play warhammer fantasy, and have a large undead army, ogre army, dwarf army, my 2 sons also play fantasy, bloodbowl,40k,necromunda, i stick to fantasy as i find it hard enough to learn one set of rules nevermind 3 or 4 anyway bored you all enough now hope to try and get along to one of your tourneys in the future cheers alex

Hi Alex, it was good to bump into you at Conflict. It made me wonder whether there ar any other SNH gamers out there. I'm sure that there must be a few...
We may still be able to get a few extra people into the tournament. We are going to measure up the hall again this week in light of the increased demand and see if we can squeeze in a few more tables.
Cheers Paul

Hey Gordon from the darkfire club in Perth here , just post a bit about myself.
I'm 14 years old , play 40k and whfb(except its been more 40k recently..) But I am also looking to get into other non game workshop games like Urban war or Warmachine.
The reason I have joined up is because I was planning on coming down on one of your saturday all-day sessions.
See you all next month hopefully....
