G'day All, Who the hell is this guy? I used to work at the old GW store in Stirling. (My name is Alistair if you have forgotten, which i spossible) I dropped into the club for a night last year and caught up with some old mates! Paul, Stu, and Drew to name a few! i promised Paul that i would let him, and everyone else know what was going on with my hobby. So i thought i would finally get round to it! And waht better way to do it than with a diary! My new army is going to be the old Chaos Marines. And i'am also going to included a squad of Fallen Dark Angels in with them. Though they will just be used as another Chaos Marine squad, they will just look diffrent. Before i get into that though, i thought i would flash up some pics of my current army that am playing with. My gay blue eldar! i58.photobucket.com/albums/g243/ajcool666/P3120033.jpg"] Hopefully the above pic will be of my Eldar Farseer. i58.photobucket.com/albums/g243/ajcool666/P3120018.jpg"] And this one should be of my Crimson Fist Landraider. Well, my next post will be of the beginings of my new army. Or, if my pic uploading has gone wrong, i will be trying to fix that! Hope your all well in sunny Stirling! AL

the exteme highlighting on the crimson land raider is fantastic, very nice deep shade of blue and the light blue highlights works very well!

very nice, the land raider in particular is fantastic. my one peice of criticsm is that the sword hilt on the farseer could do with a bit more blending, at the moment the diferent shades of blue are very obvious
also just thought id say, if you think gay blue eldar are bad.
my eldar force is (sadly) full of purple headed warriors...

So, on with this hobby diary thing. I have already got a fair few models put together for it. And am working toward a 1200pt army to begin with. this may seem a weird total, but one of the biggest 40k tourneys is in January in Melbourne. I have been there for the past three, and they always get over 110 people! Just for 40k! So the following are some of the consturction pics, and i have also done a half paint scheme on a mock up. One of the hobby ideas am doing is putting blood splatter on thier weapons using single strands of hair and pva glue. The results are really good as you will be able to see! Aspireing champ Always goto have these boys! The test scheme and blood This guy will be my Fallen Angels captain/chaos Lt Work continues as always down under! enjoy the pics, and get me some feed back please! AL

i would guess that a "purple headed warrior", would be something phallic. or naked eldar standing in the cold.
