That's about 350. Paul B, are you in? What about extras for the club? What do you think about giving out a dice with each tournament pack?

I'd order about 550+ and we can then sell the rest over the coming year. I'm up for 20. As far as giving a die out with each tournament pack - yep, lets do that if everyone is agreeable.

That's if they can do them in time, of course. I'm back and forwards at the moment and there is a complication or two. Once settled I'll let you all know to get the all clear before ordering.

We may be the first club in Scotland to do their own dice, ... You'd better hurry up then as we're finanlising our design with Dawn this week I'm not going to run around saying "We're first nyah nyah", but I won't promise not to giggle. The Royal die sounds like a teriffic way to go. Paul - didn't a 'Scottish Clubs' die get mentioned in The Malt Shovel on Saturday night? I may hold off our simple logo-die and get the guys to vote on it tomorrow night... if you don't mind us possibly having the same dice. I was going to order 1000, so a 1500 order may make them cheaper. Like I say though i'll get back to you on Thursday! While we're talking about kit though: elg.spreadshirt.netIt's free to set up folks, and a dawdle to use... Feel free to nick the sales-gubbins text I wrote up for the products

Andy - those shirts and bags look great. What are the setup costs for designs? It looks like it could be a really good option. The sources that I have checked out for club shirts so far have usually entailed a £70+ setup charge. Is that the case with these guys?

Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero.
Really.
Oh, and no minimum order = no leftover stock!
Just feed them the details of the club account, set your prices and go. You can get access to anything you generate when it hits £50.
Example:
The basic Custom-T with a print comes in at £8.90. We'll charge £12, because our members said they'd happily pay that for a T. SpreadShirt gets their £8.90 to cover printing the shirt, handling the payments, etc. [elg] gets £2.10. Then they'll add postage and ... I should get my example stuff in the next couple of days!
We're mulling over a one-off postage subsidy for card-carrying members. Not that it's much - I ordered one of each and am only paying £4 postage.

Cheers! We're going for the 'wear anywhere' look, so it's not immediately apparent that it's a g33k shirt! Hence Edinburgh League of Gamers has become [elg ] saying that though i'd syill like to get a piccy for the club at some point.

I think that our logo is a little too elaborate for some of the personalised merchandising options, such as embroidery on polo shirts etc. It may be that we need to design an alternative simpler design for merchandise.

Nothing to stop you printing a t-shirt with the shield device over the breast I suppose. Or chest-sized!

Guys I need a bit of feedback here. Dice.co.uk can only do opaque yellow dice for us with the red spots and lion, just wondering if that was ok. I have tried a few companies in the US but they do opaque dice also, so it must be something to do with the plastic and moulds etc.
This must be what Edinburgh are looking at also. Jeff

I'd assumed that that opaque yellow and red spots was what was on offer. If that is what people had in mind I'd suggest going for it.
