Yeah, that makes more sense I mean, it seemed to me that a single Mortar squad killed half a company of my guys - including my artillery.

Well like that review says, one of the biggest problems with people looking to start playing Infinity is the terrain. You can't just use any old 40k terrain as it doesn't look right.
This stuff looks ideal for Infinity, Urban War or (mixed with some 40k) Necromunda.

I certainly enjoyed the last Urban War tournament I was at, the only downside was all four games were against a Triads strike-team. Could possibly be up for this one.
Would need to buy the 2nd ed. rule book mind you...

Hi Giles
For the record, there is nothing wrong with posting that you have models for sale, provided that they are exchanged as a sale between individuals and that you aren't trading* (specifically) GW products.
Naturally, the club accepts no responsibility or loss from any disagreements resulting from a sale between club members that goes wrong at the club. We would be well within our rights to ban a member who steals from another, but any financial loss would not be covered.
....and with that out of the way, what price would you be looking for for the IoB HE's?
*as a registered independent retailer of GW products.

When sitting down to decide which restrictions you include and which you don't it is a rather narrow tight-rope.
Yes, a chosen horde would be a nightmare to have to fight against, and the same could be said for a Black Orc horde but there comes a point where you have to draw a line as to what to allow and what not too and if you asked anyone, they would rather fight Black Orcs than Chosen as most armies have something that can deal with the Black Orcs and near enough the only thing that can deal with Chosen is Chosen.
It's not just Chosen, few people would like to see a unit of 40 Swordmasters and the restrictions are mainly in place to avoid Deathstar units and stupid choices like 200 Skaven Slaves or xxx Zombies. However, there will be the occasional unit choice that makes it through, like Black Orcs, Chaos Marauders and possibly others, but unfortunately, you can't catch everything unless you sit down with every army book and create seperate restrictions for them, which some tournaments chose to do.
We try not to have to go down that route as then you get asked as to why army A is allowed this but army B isn't.

Just a reminder folks that the AGM will be held this Thursday (02/02) coming. If you have anything you would like to say or put forward to other club members, please feel free to do so.
We'll start the meeting around 7, to allow those who don't make it to the club straight away to join in as well. The meeting itself should only take around 20 mins and it it helps to tempt you away from your game - we'll buy do-nuts.
